crap

I just read that the number one name of 2001 is Emily. We decided on Emily Autumn early as our girls choice name, even before we knew she was a girl. Mostly after Emily Dickenson and a bit after Emily Strange ( http://www.emilystrange.com) . And BTW--we know that there is some horrid graver musician by the same name, but she spells her name differently AND we didn't know about her when we came up with the name.

So yesterday I got all the linked photo galleries redone with new pictures, and created a few I haven't linked yet. I also redid the journal splash page (well, took part of the design from another journal I used to read and modified it--credited of course) and embedded my Live Journal. Changed the name of the journal too, from TMI to Sprawling on a Pin (T. S. Eliot quote).

Some aspects will remain the same cause I like them still and they still look good even as my puny abilities improve. It's nice that it's fun again.

Today I'm going to work on image maps and linking the new photo galleries. Hopefully putting up a blank gallery for the Emily pics.

I didn't get up to bed until 3.30 last night. I fell asleep on the couch off and on. It just seems sad to sleep in the bed without James. And when I get up there I can't sleep because he isn't there.

I talked to Jola on the phone yesterday. She's so damn funny and I'm happy we're going to meet up. It will be really nice to talk to somebody who jumped through the hoops of a Master's in English Lit too. I'm so missing being in school-either teaching or learning.

Have swept and mopped most of the downstairs now, Did some laundry.Do a bit of vacuuming, go through the rest of the baby clothes and I can have a large nap. Not bad for 23 days away from the due date.

Then tonite I can work on an image map...hey does anyone know a good image mapper (and a FREE one?)
