oh my god, she's taking a nap
in her crib no less!
yes!!!!!!! First time EVER!
and she's routinely sleeping 6-7 hours in a row at night. I can't quite go to bed when she does (sometimes it's 8, or 9) because I'm trying to catch up on bill paying and chores or just spend a little time with James, but I'm in bed by 10 and that means I get 5 hours sometimes. woohoo! It doesn't work to wake her up at midnight for a snack either. She either doesn't wake up at all no matter what (even sleeping through diaper changes) or she wakes up and stays up until 3. Our baby has her own agenda. I've just been making sure she gets enough sleep by letting her sleep on me, which is the only way she'd sleep during the day so far.
She doesn't want to go fully back to sleep at 3 or 4 which makes it tough (I can't sleep if she's wiggling a lot, just too conscious of her I guess), but things are improving in sleep land a little at a time.
