(no subject)

We got Henrietta Pussycat and Daniel strip-ed tiger puppets in the mail. Emily adores them. They pet her, talk to her and read to her. They show her how to pet the kitties and she carries them around and snuggles them.

"I'm taking care of you/Taking good care of you/For, once, I was very little, too/Now I take care of you."

I do not care that it may be in the least bit uncool to like or miss Mr. Rogers being on this planet. Emily has re taught me that being cynical and jaded is what is uncool. Feeling
and seeing things like a child...how lucky can you get?
