dum dum dum

One of the many silly things I do with miss em is to sing silly collections of nonsense syllables and she started doing it herself today...Walking about singing
(yes singing!) dum dum dum..

I think that's a milestone or something. Whatever, it is it's cool. She is also grabbing her dolls and pointing at their eyes and yelling eyes. (kinda sounds like ass ass too, but I can tell she is saying eyes.


That was actually written and not posted yesterday. Too busy.

Got about 3 hours of sleep.

I caught a cold or flu from somebody dammit. It is so hard to be sick and have a wild eep baby. Here's hoping she doesn't get it too, but I suspect our weekend plans are off.

we are having a rough day...

she threw my laptop on the floor
re-programmed the TV
hit the cat with the remote
tore a page out of one of her books and tried to eat it

and then your ducks arrived...cool little devil duckies. She ran around and around squealing and chewing on them. It saved me from snapping and yelling more than the couple of times I have already (I hate yelling, but whoa man, getting her attention can be tough sometimes). The life you have saved may be my own :-)

I'm assuming these are from assriel because sean likes his duckies and it was the ups guy bringing them...


so...I thought this wild stuff wasn't supposed to start until she was closer to two? Really?!
