I want to write more on this later, have so much to do to get ready for tonite!! James gets home in about 3 hours!

ok...Emily is identifying colors!! Purple, blue and orange--picks up the purple crayon and says "purple"! Consistent!
She is saying abc and pointing to letters

She is counting to 2 and trying for three...she is counting objects!! one duckie two duckie (this is seriously cool)

She is playing with crayons and saying "crayons and colors"


she also said today: airplane, orange, and get this: UNICORN

she is walking on her tippy toes (this is what they test for at three)

She is reading me books--brings them over and reads them with my same inflections. On her alphabet books she actually says the right words for about half the objects and makes noises that sound like what I say for the others. WOW

so cool. Jeepers I'm so proud. I feel like I'm on a speeding train though!

oh yes and she says "BIG STEP" and holds up her hands when she wants me to help her on the stairs

I know this doesn't sound like wild excitement to folks without kids (more than likely) but I'm watching a baby grow into a person in front of my eyes. It's quite rapid too. Mind blowingly so. And I've helped, but so much of this is inside
her and bursting out all on its own.

Bean is princess bean and covered in chocolate.
