windows are in

some cleanup and such remains. They look and work so well. It makes the house look so much better inside and out. Anderson windows and their installers are great.
Off to the kitty shelter this morning, then the Barrington Oktoberfest after the Bean's nap and THEN to the library book sale (I just LOVE that). Tomorrow is curtain time. Need curtains--the blinds are down and I don't want them going back up, I despise blinds. We didn't get all the windows done, just most of them...now I'm thinking the rest may need it at some point.

And I have to say a GIANT thank you to oakangel for the new William Shatner CD...I'm in heaven! I'm listening to common people right now. And coffee was great, Starbucks needs to stay open later..And here's to not smoking! W00t, it's been almost 2 months for me entirely and I didn't miss it at all, the conversation was so easy :-)

And to savagemutha for the cool design it yourself purse gift certificate from 1154 Lill Studio. I got a pink denim and paisley messenger bag, which I have no doubt will become my favorite purse (try as I might I am not a small purse person most of the time anymore, the Bean has seen to that).
