It looks like we have a real estate agent and mortgage er broker. We fill out the initial paperwork tonight to start the process of credit checking and pre qualifying.
We're doing the same thing, and I also alternate between wanting to dance merrily and wanting to get a sick-bucket. Thats a cute house! Thats a BIG loan! It will be OUR place! It will be 30 years of debt! Ahhh!!
