It looks like we have a real estate agent and mortgage er broker. We fill out the initial paperwork tonight to start the process of credit checking and pre qualifying.

Oh wow. How exciting and terrifying?!?!

it will probably be a few days...we have to check his license and everything before we give him the initial paperwork.
