new hair.

I think I crossed some hair denial threshold. I will not have Bernadette Peter's hair, I'm more likely to have Meg Ryan's hair, but stripey. Carrie did a cool, swift and wonderful job. I'm shocked, but really pleased and I think it actually works with my weird curly in back wavy in front texture. And it is wash and wear.




Tomorrow is the Bean's birthday--Nemo and many octopi and squidlies (her favorite things right now) Some friends, bar b que and chocolate banana cake. I can't wait.

you know, my hair was just about poker straight until I got pregnant. I ended up with wavy in the front and RINGLETS (like I always wanted) in the back--but it wasn't uniform enough, so I kept having to curl it or blow it out--something, I'm sure you know, doesn't go well with toddlerhood ;-)
