its a HUUUUUUUGE pain in the ass. my mom & sister have been doing it for going on 4 yrs now. insane. if you want a list of safe products, please let me know. my sister reacts horribly to msg & has put a shitload of time & effort into finding stuff thats ok for her to eat that isnt homemade (not a lot of stuff but some is better than none) :)
