Sick last night again. The part I hate the most is what it does to my mood. It isn't just being sick, this shit works on my brain and helps me to see only the crap.

Well I guess so, it's a neurotoxin.

Argh.

heres another little tip: even when it doesnt come right out & say MSG,
if it says 'natural flavorings' that could very well mean it actually has MSG.
makes it nearly impossible to eat anything safely.
sad but true.

yeah I knew that one--the upsetting thing is sometimes "natural flavorings" means just that, other times it means "giant msg bomb of doom."

Fuck, why can't they just say what it is?

There are a whole lot of names for msg. I'm about to give up entirely and just make everything from scratch. I like cooking but jebus that will be a huge pain in the ass.

my mom & sister have been doing it for going on 4 yrs now.
insane.
if you want a list of safe products, please let me know.
my sister reacts horribly to msg & has put a shitload of time
& effort into finding stuff thats ok for her to eat that isnt
homemade (not a lot of stuff but some is better than none)

OMG YES! I would love that list. It is such trial and error. If I see stuff that isn't on the list that I know is safe I'll pass it along too.
