we took down everything that covered holes in the wall here.
James told him we needed 24 hours notice and that he wasn't being very considerate.

I wonder if he'll retaliate for this...

Honestly, he doesn't want to show this place while I'm around...let's see...heat goes out in the winter, air conditioning in the summer. Leak under the sink, leak from the bathtub upstairs into the living room, huge holes all over the place and flying lumber (James almost got hit) the DAMN CEILING falling down...there's more but I'm too pissed.

Don't even get me started on how he just wandered off and left Miska to do everything. Or that we didn't have handles for the bathtub for 8 months...nope, had to use pliers. Or had to chase him down to give him the rent...or how he NEVER has given us his phone number...

Grrrrrr...

my father had a saying...it's called "half assed" everything around this place is half assed.

Py. Ask James if he remembers my bad business dealings with a French slimeball Flourent aka. "Charlie" (Thor's husband)? How he claimed to be so sincere, trustworthy, and an honorabe Frenchman and then ripped me off for $600 and tried skipping town back to France with Stig's electric/acoustic Telecaster Thinline guitar. What is it about some people who think it is thier inalienable right to lie and shit all over others? I'm so glad you guys are almost out of there.
