oh yes and she says "BIG STEP" and holds up her hands when she wants me to help her on the stairs

I know this doesn't sound like wild excitement to folks without kids (more than likely) but I'm watching a baby grow into a person in front of my eyes. It's quite rapid too. Mind blowingly so. And I've helped, but so much of this is inside
her and bursting out all on its own.

I'm a folk with kids, so I remember the excitement of those huge milestones. Go Emily! What a good Mom & Dad she has---so encouraging and supportive.

18 months is that fun age where they turn into this advanced personality overnight. It's exciting to say the least and also a little scary, because you never know what they're going to pick up on next! I said "Damnit!" ONE time in front of Ian because I had dropped something, so what did he do every time he dropped a toy for the next 3 weeks? You guessed it..
