so it was getting better then James went to pick up Newg's ashes.

And the receptionist couldn't find his carrier with his special blanket or his collar.

I am very angry. I cried at having his ashes (which are in a flowered metal tin, which is sweet considering how his only prey were flowers and moths), railed at the twits incompetence and then James sent me to bed with Ninny and Zach.

I'm going back to bed. Two steps forward one step back.

I am so so so sad for your loss.

There is no greater pain than losing someone you love.

And yes, that box seems so... small. For having so much love.

His picture is beautiful. He is a beautiful soul, likely to be with you a long time. When you see him out of the corner of your eye... he is there, with you.

I wish you peace.

I'm speechless. They're going to continue to search for the items, yes? They can't simply be gone for good...

I'm going down there when they open on Monday. I was a little upset when I picked up the little box and neglected to ask for the carrier then but I'm getting his blanket and collar back tomorrow.

Oh yay! I'm so glad the collar and blanket are coming back to you where they belong.
