My my made me this one when I was a baby. Looking at the picture, I really don't think it would be too hard to do yourself if you are into sewing.
Perhaps it could be a fun project while you wait.
You could probably find a simple bonnet and copy it for a pattern and then add ears.
Or little baby snow caps.
Hehe, sounds like fun.
