pywacketI just read that the number one name of 2001 is Emily. We decided on Emily Autumn early as our girls choice name, even before we knew she was a girl. Mostly after Emily Dickenson and a bit after Emily Strange ( http://www.emilystrange.com) . And BTW--we know that there is some horrid graver musician by the same name, but she spells her name differently AND we didn't know about her when we came up with the name.

Date: 2002-04-05 06:05 am (UTC)Whereas with my experience being the only Cara-Mae was different. Sometimes I was teased because my name was/is unusual BUT I think it gave me a better sense of self being the only one.
Maybe you can flip the names... Autumn Emily (maybe throw in a 3rd name here) and your surname.
And I can't explain why I suggested a 3rd name, I just think with Autumn first a 3rd name might help it all flow better :>
